How can I track my order?

No worries! With Robe Sweat, tracking your order is super easy. As soon as your gorgeous package is ready to go, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. We'll also keep you updated every step of the way on its journey to your doorstep. To check its status, just click here. We're here to make your life easier! 😉

What are the delivery times?

We're on our way to you! As soon as we receive your order, we'll prepare it within 24 to 48 business hours. Then, allow between 6 and 9 business days for your package to arrive at your home. We're doing everything we can to ensure you can enjoy your Sweat dresses as soon as possible!

Oops, I made a mistake on my order!

No worries! If you made a mistake, you have 24 hours to inform us and change the delivery address. Just contact our awesome customer service team as soon as possible.

Say yes to peace of mind! If the 24-hour deadline has passed, we will unfortunately no longer be able to modify or cancel your order, or change the delivery address. But don't panic, you will be able to place a new order for the items you want and return the ones you don't want. We are here to help you! 💕

An item is missing from my order

Oh no! If an item is missing from your order, don't worry, we're here to sort it out. Sometimes items are shipped separately from our different warehouses, which can explain delays. It's also possible that a small error has slipped in during packaging or delivery. In any case, let us know quickly.

I changed my mind, how do I return my item? 😌

No worries! At Robe Sweat, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to justify yourself. Peace of mind guaranteed! Only the return costs are your responsibility.

An error in your order?

We do everything to ensure that every order is impeccable , but sometimes small unforeseen events can occur. Don't stress! If an incorrect or defective item has been sent to you, our customer service team is here to help.

Your Order Arrived Damaged?

Don't worry, we're here for you . Send a photo of the damaged item to our customer service, and together we'll find the best solution. We'll never let you down!

Want to cancel my order?

You absolutely have the right to change your mind! But be quick, because our orders are processed very quickly. To cancel, send us an email within 2 hours of your purchase (for orders placed before 6pm) to contact@robesweat.com .

If more than 24 hours have passed, it will unfortunately no longer be possible to cancel your order.

Reimbursement deadlines

Once the refund process has started, it can take up to 5-7 business days , excluding bank delays. You will receive an email as soon as your package has arrived at our place, as well as a confirmation once the refund has been made.

If you used a gift card for payment, you will be issued a credit of an equivalent amount.

Is the refund slow to appear?

Refunds can take up to 5-7 business days , plus your bank's processing time. Depending on your bank or card type, the refund may sometimes appear on the original purchase date. For payments made through PayPal, it can take up to 48 hours after our confirmation email.

If, after 7 working days , you still have not received anything, do not hesitate to contact us by providing the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Product name

Your account will be debited within 24 hours of validation of your order.

My payment was declined, what should I do?

No worries! Start by checking the expiration date of your card. It is also possible that you have reached your spending limit. The easiest thing to do is to contact your bank to clarify the situation.
